Southie Trees will be having its monthly meeting next Tuesday January 24th. The plan is to combine the Southie Trees meeting with the Boston Urban Forest Council meeting since they overlap each other. It'll be a win-win networking experience with tree lovers!The Boston Urban Forest Council Meeting will be held at the Boston Natural Areas Network office at 62 Summers St, 2nd floor, Boston MA 02110. The meeting begins at 6:30pm so feel free to meet the Southie Trees group at the Tech Networks Office (1 Wadleigh Place, behind Andrew Station) or meet us there! The meeting is for all those interested in expanding Boston's urban forest and the guest speaker will be Tabatha White from Boston Parks and Recreation Department.
After the BUFC meeting anyone interested in Southie Trees can leave with us and head to The Thinking Cup. Join us for a cup of coffee and a discussion on what we're currently working on.
